The Advisor team were wonderful to work with. Ace did an great job on our bathroom remodel. He came in and was done before we knew it. Ripping out a 25+ year tub/shower combo and going back in with a beautiful walk-in shower in 2 weeks was surprising. The quality of workmanship was top notch. I would recommend Advisor Construction to anyone looking for a great price on an outstanding job. Looking forward to working with them in the future on a whole house remodel. Thank you
We have been engaging Advisor Construction for small jobs around the house for a couple of years, and they have always had helpful, professional staff who were great communicators and efficient in completing the work. So naturally when we ended up with every homeowner’s nightmare (water leak situation!) we turned to them for a much larger project than the others. They stepped up to help us, and we are so lucky to have been able to work with them. They were patient with our questions (shout out to Pat & Heather in particular!), their whole crew was considerate, and we felt safe and comfortable having the team in our home—they were great with our 11 year old kiddo and our dog. When your house is in upheaval due to unplanned construction, those small details make such a big difference. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
We contacted several contractors for a rehab project for an elderly homeowner. Advisor Construction was hands down the easiest to work with, communicate with and nicest of all of the companies. They helped us come up with a great plan to complete the scope of work needed and kept the project in budget. Heather, Noelle, Pat, and everyone at Advisor Construction was great to work with. They are professional, highly skilled, reliable and keep in contact through the entire project. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
Advisor Construction recently completed Phase 1 of our beautiful home remodel to include new hardwood floors, casing trim, wainscoting and an entire kitchen renovation (complete gut and rebuild, including raising ceiling). From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough the entire team was so professional and was genuinely committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction. They were always punctual, courteous, and genuinely invested in delivering a superior result. Our project turned out to be gorgeous and we are looking forward to collaborating with Advisor Construction team again on our Phase 2 as they are a rare blend of integrity, strong work ethic and dependability. Thank you to the entire team!
Advisor Construction recently completed a window-replacement project at my home, and they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the entire team was positive, professional, responsive, and a great pleasure to work with - estimator, project manager, office staff, construction superintendent, and carpenters. Advisor's estimator and project manager worked with me up front to identify and discuss options for window replacement, and I greatly appreciate their input in supporting my decision. The entire team was very proactive in communicating schedule and cost, managing field changes and contract change orders. The field crew was always on time, did excellent work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the work on schedule, beautifully done. Advisor Construction's team is full of really good people who work very well together, and they were truly committed to giving me, the client/homeowner, a high-quality end-project - which they did! I highly recommend Advisor for home renovation work. Thanks to all the team -
I am grateful for Advisor Constructions team. They did a wonderful job on my shower tile and my tile floor! They were so kind and personable. They got back to me in a timely manner, they finished the work quickly, and they had great communication! I really appreciated them all! if I had other jobs I would hire them again! Thank you Advisor team!
Top notch work, definitely know what they're doing! Fast, friendly and cleaned up better then they found the job site
I can't say enough good things about this company. They are amazing all around. The office staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The job estimator was quick to come out and give the bid and offer design suggestions. I received a few bids from other companies but ultimately went with Advisor because they offered financing suggestions and the told me they don't jump around from job to job and would start and finish in one set. (Another company told me they do jump around and it would be 4 to 6 weeks, advsior was done in 7 working days) They were only booked out a few weeks and gave me suggestions on where to purchase my furnishings and supplies including tile. The day of demo they had my bathroom demoed by noon. They worked quickly and efficiently. We worked with Cole, one of the owners, Ace and Wade they were all awesome Ace did the biggest chunk of the project. Ace was so considerate of us and our children who were home and mindful of our needs. He was so good at his work and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our bathroom is beautiful and we will hire Advisor again in the future! 5 STARS! THANK YOU!!
Highest quality build with attention to detail. They were very responsive to changes and issues, highly focused on the customer. Great people across the whole company!
These guys redid my roof and repaired dry rot for me. They did an excellent job and were great to work with.
Advisor helped us out a few months ago by installing our custom clothing racks for our retail vintage clothing store. The racks turned out amazing! They installed them super quick too Highly recommend Advisor for your upcoming projects
We appreciated the quick response and the work that Advisor Contractors proved on one of our rentals that we needed to renovate pretty quickly. They were fast, kept the job site clean, and helped us turn the property around super fast. They work they did was great and we appreciated their skill on this project
I had Advisor Construction install my new dishwasher and repair the siding on the exterior of my home. They did an excellent job! I’m very happy with their expertise and customer service. I was referred by Wallner Plumbing and I’m so happy I called them. I WILL use them again in the future when I need more work done. Give them a call you’ll be happy you did!
recommend Advisor Construction to anyone who wants the best experience possible. We had a large project, ( new windows, siding ) This company did an outstanding job. The crew was professional and paid attention to detail. Thank you very much for your work.
By far the best general contracting company in Redding! They are quick, responsive and incredibly affordable for the quality of work they do. Wish I would have found them years ago so I could have avoided the hassle of dealing with all the other mediocre contractors here. Will definitely be using them for every job from here on out. Thank you Advisor Construction!
While doing a kitchen update I needed the 50 year old tile and sink removed. They did a wonderful job very professional and polite. They showed up on time and knew what needed to be done. Highly recommend this Company.
So happy to have found this company! It’s so great to have someone that takes pride in their work! Very professional, on time, and a beautiful job. Thanks everyone at Advisor Construction
Advisor construction was the best choice I could have possibly made for my home repairs. The team at Advisor made me feel as though they were family. Their attention to detail was unsurpassed. They not only did the work with pride and professionalism, but we're always on time and saved me money due to finding things we all thought were needed but turned out to be an easier fix than we first thought. Heather, who schedules the work was first rate and the very best at keeping me informed of every detail. Josh and his coworkers were a complete joy to work with and their work was top rate! I'd recommend Advisor construction to anyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable price. 5 stars!!
Could not have asked for better. The crew is professional and very friendly. They were very thorough. Worked hard. Prices were good. They took pride in what they did and made sure we were pleased with the work. I'd happily hire them again and recommend to others. The work they did for us was fixed and replaced wood rot on roof gutter fascia, painted wood to match, added gutter down spouts, replaced and repaired cracked roof tiles, etc. Every thing they did was on time, just as they promised.
Great company. Professional polite dudes who know their stuff. On time and on budget, they did a job that I just didn’t have the skills or time to pull off in 2 days. Well worth the money, will definitely use and recommend to others.
The crew was timely, did great work, and a great job cleaning the work area when finished. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. We would use them again if we ever need a future repair.
I cannot speak highly enough of Advisor Construction. Everything about their services is second-to-none, and they are the world's nicest people to work with!
Advisor Construction was one of four contractors I requested to quote a significant project at my residence. Their quote wasn't the highest or the lowest but I believe "You get what you pay for". From the beginning I could tell they were serious about their business. They spent several hours on site measuring and inspecting the current condition of my home. Upon submitting their estimate, they provided detailed information as to what needed to be done and made it clear they would take no shortcuts. Their estimate was very close to the final bill. The quality of the work done is excellent. Eric and the entire crew worked every day to finish the project and it rained on them for a big portion of the time they were here. The finished product is very nice. They replaced doors, windows, siding, and close to 600 square ft of deck. I have found nothing to criticize, and I am a picky customer. Their paint crew did an excellent job too. Advisor also took care of the County Building Permit and all phases of the inspections. From start to finish I couldn't be happier. Advisor's entire staff from the office to the on site crew were excellent to work with.
Advisor Construction was recommended to me for my bathroom remodel and I will be forever grateful. From the first phone call to the company to the last day of clean-up absolutely every step of the project was handled with professionalism, caring and respect for me (and my questions) and the remodel. Will spent time understanding my ideas when estimating. Noelle and Heather were always just a phone call away during the project. That's invaluable. However, special kudos to Ace Saelee, who was the lead crew member on the project. He was meticulous in his work which included all facets of the remodel from demo, to installation to tile work. Every company hopes that the team in the field is representing them in a positive light. Well, Ace did just that every single day he was here. Advisor Construction I have been singing your praises and recommending you to others. You will be the first call I make if I have another construction project. Thanks to the entire amazing team, I love my safe and beautiful new walk-in shower!
Advisor remodeled the shower enclosures in our two bathrooms. Their design suggestions were helpful and the final product looks great and functions perfectly. We were most impressed with how well managed the project was, from start to finish. They set up a calendar detailing what would happen when and stuck to it. Our project manager, Heather, was great at communicating with us throughout. Everyone we met from Advisor was pleasant and professional. The individual who did most of the actual labor, Ace, was outstanding. Finally, when the work was done, Advisor was great at cleaning up the job site. Hopefully, we don't have any more big projects anytime soon, but if we did Advisor would be the ones we'd call.
I would highly commend Advisor Construction. They have done several of our projects. They are thorough, very friendly, and easy to work with.
An absolute stellar company. A family owned business that does the job professionally, and they won't stop until you're happy with it. They do what they say they'll do, show up on time, and communicate clearly and often. They did a total bath remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. I'd work with them again anytime.
I would recommend Advisor construction. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
The work I had done by this company is worthy of a review. To start the project was not simple as it was a major deck repair for a deck a lot of contractors would have deemed to be replaced. The work done was excellent. Will, Heather and Wade as well as the onsite team did a great job. I encountered a conflict during the process for something I misunderstood, and Will managed this gracefully and left me with confidence. I recommend Advisor Construction as a honorable team with good integrity and work. Thanks for your help. 6 stars!
I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a fireplace company come out to give us a bid on replacing the chase cover (outside) because it was loose and flapping everytime it was windy. We ordered the replacement parts and were booking into January. Fast forward to today we went outside and the entire giant chase cover (79 inches x 44 inches) had completely fell off the chimney/roof and was lying on the ground bent and leaving our interior fireplace exposed to the rain and elements. We called the original fireplace company and begged them to come cover it or put the old cover back up for us and the best they could do was 2 weeks from now. It started sprinkling rain within hours and I gave Advisor construction a call. They were out here within 1 hour and had the old cover put back on, secured with new longer screws and wrapped with ratchet straps to prevent it from coming up again. We were in such a pinch and couldn't believe how fast and diligent the team at Advisor worked! Thank you to Sheryl, Heather, Cole and John. Rockstar service!! Thank you!!!
Great quality work and great people. Would recommend advisor construction for all your construction needs! A++
Very happy with the fence built and the gates they rebuilt. Great attention to detail.
Top quality and honest service by great people. I highly recommend this company.
Sure they are professional and do good work and it shows in their quality performance. But to me it’s the personal touch that’s the icing on the cake. They listen to my needs and wants whenever I call them. Their feedback is priceless and on point. True to their word, they finished on schedule and on time.
Will and the whole team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. they brought the project in on time and on budget. i highly recommend advisor construction.
For several years, Advisor Construction has been my go-to place when I need a repair or change made in my house. Everyone I have met through the years have been kind, considerate and very professional. They always arrive on time, or call if there will be a delay. Big job or little job, Advisor Construction is the place to call. They are top-notch.
The Advisor Construction Crew is top notch! Eric is what professionals strive to be. He responded quickly to our call. Promptly gave us a fair and accurate bid and stayed responsive through the entire process. His team showed up on time, and worked nearly 12 hours with just a short lunch break. Completing from the ground up an 8' x 8' shed style chicken coop. They came fully prepared. We spent more than 20 years as property managers and in that time have had countless jobs done with contractors. Advisor Construction shines above them all! We highly recommend hiring Advisor Construction for any job they bid. We will be calling them for future projects.
Christian did a phenomenal job today. He went above and beyond what was on the to-do list today. He was very professional, clean and very skilled. I appreciate all the time and work especially in the heat.
They did siding repair and replacement for me and hung a new front door. Good people and good work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Great experience with this company from start to finish. They replaced windows and siding for an entire side of my house from fire damage. Eric was easy to deal with. He checked in throughout the project and even came by after the fact to make sure the final inspection was passed. Very knowledgeable employees who answered my many questions clearly. They checked in daily to let me know, what the plan was for the day and what the next step was at the end of the day. City inspections were performed and passed with ease. Inspector and my roofer both commented on the great quality of the construction.
Advisor recently installed a new slab front door on our home. They did a great job and the door looks lovely! Advisor has excellent communication and they serve with integrity. They’re a business I recommend to anyone needing a construction job done!
I’ve used Advisor on multiple occasions for a variety of projects, ranging from door and frame installations, to stucco repair, to painting jobs. They’re top notch, always on time and great at explaining the process each time. I highly recommend them for any contracting job!
This team is the real deal. They answer the phone, with a real voice (Eric) when you call, they come out to your home promptly, they follow through, the estimates are fair, and (Ryan) they do wonderful work! We are so pleased with the leak they fixed under our sink; and they made the space pretty and like new again. We couldn’t get a contractor, or really anyone we called and left message with, to call us back. They offer the service that somehow has become void, as a norm, in the contractor space.
Excellent job, great attitude. Pictures hung, furniture and treadmill moved. Three hours of work. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
